Kun is a dynamic Finance Manager and CPA Accountant, responsible for managing all of FYVE’s finance and accounting operations. Kun has a broad role in collaboration with the development team in managing FYVE’s projects including accounting, budget control, system’s development, treasury, finance relationships and reporting. Kun has over 20 years of professional experience, including over 10 years working in the cConstruction and property industry. She earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Sichuan University of Technology in China and a Master of Accounting (CPA Programme) from Macquarie University. Kun has a detail driven approach and plays a key role in ensuring the integrity of FYVE’s financial management and supporting the team to achieve excellent outcomes.

Dennis is an enthusiastic Assistant Development Manager who works closely with FYVE’s senior managers on planning, designing, and delivering residential projects. With a Bachelor of Business Administration from Macquarie University, he initially started in marketing before transitioning to property development, obtaining his Home Builder’s license along the way. Dennis combines strong commercial acumen with excellent interpersonal skills, playing a key role in coordinating development teams during project delivery.

With a background as a registered architect, Leonard has an eye for detail and the technical skills to excel in his role at FYVE. Leonard holds a Bachelor of Architecture Studies and a Masters of Architecture from UNSW and worked as an architect in Australia and overseas, prior to commencing his career in property development. His passion for property and the built environment, paired with his academic insights, allows him to support the development team across multiple project phases.

Ibrahim Zoabi is a Development Assistant at FYVE, where he’s building hands-on experience in the development industry, focusing on feasibility studies, market research, and project planning. Currently studying Business Administration at Western Sydney University, he is also completing a cadetship at BINAH, and quickly becoming an emerging leader in property.

Marc comes from a long and distinguished career in construction, spanning 40+ years, with five private companies. His Strategic Planning, Business Planning and Leadership have allowed him to continue developing business and managing a pipeline of work valued at over $500 milion per annum internationally. His broad knowledge and expertise have seen him play critical roles in iconic projects such as NSW Parliament House, Art Gallery of NSW, NSW library, Melbourne GPO and Eveleigh Workshops.

His transparent and solutions-focused approach has enabled him to lead large teams and develop loyal relationships with all project team members, both at a client and contractor level.
